This is what you get for my $30 per room special. My price $30 per room is based on cleaning 3 rooms or areas up to 400 square feet. That works out to 22.5 cents per square foot. Small rooms such as bedroom and hall will equal out with a larger room such as a living room to get to 400 square feet.(Depending on size of house). I will measure the area to be cleaned. Other areas to be cleaned over 400 square feet will be charged at 22 cents – 35 cents per square foot depending on size, condition and age of carpet. This price includes all necessary treatments to clean your carpet effectively. I will not come to your home and try to sell you unnecessary treatments. Everything to clean your carpet is included in my price. If you decide that you want a Teflon protection sprayed on after cleaning to help guard your carpet from re soiling that is entirely up to you. Carpet Cleaning Arcadia will pre-spray, agitate and then extract using the wand or the Rotovac 360! (If needed).We will re-clean heavily soiled areas if required. You will save big by calling me verses the big chain cleaners which have tremendous overhead.

Our company uses the best equipment and safe but effective green cleaning solutions. When you book your job we will give you a two hour window on when we will arrive. If for any reason we are running early or late you will be called or your cleaning is free.
